IT is considered a subset of information and communications technology (ICT).
IT includes hardware, software, electronics, semiconductors, internet, telecom equipment, and e-commerce.

Timesheet entry - It is sheet of all employee’s actual time & their tasks. It includes employee ID, name, date, department, designation, Quality person, Team leader, tasks, actual time & remarks
Self Timesheet entry - Here employee enter his/her actual time, tasks, department & QC person.
Quality Approve entry list - It is approve by QC person on quality time approve.
List of Timesheet (for approve) - Here we see the pending & completed tasks of the employee.
Category - In this all the category lists are mention like keyboard, mouse etc.
User and Computer - Here all the records are kept in a list. It includes all computer parts and accessories .
Software - It includes Licenses software list for employees.
Mocrosoft - It includes information about Microsoft like Microsoft Open License, License Agreement Number, Product Description, Upgraded Quantity, Win 7 serial number & Microsoft lists.
Autocad - It is a software. It include all autocad information and lists.
Solidworks - Its includes Host name, licenses – solidworks, end date and solidworks lists.
Printer - It includes all detail information regarding printer like Type, host name, IP address, model, S/N, Asset code, date and printer list form.
Network assets - It includes all information regarding network assets like Description, location, model, S/N, asset code, port, IP address, password, date and network list form.
Projector - It includes information about projector like Description, model, location, make, S/N, asset code, date and projector list form.
Others - It includes other information about IT like Description, model, location, make, S/N, asset code, date and other list form.
Purchase Department
It buys Raw Materials, Spare parts, services etc. as Required by the company or Organization.
The purchasing department ensures that all goods, supplies and inventory needed to operate the business are ordered and kept in stock.
It is also responsible for controlling the cost of the goods ordered, controlling inventory levels and building strong relationships with suppliers.
Purchase Information - It includes all purchase information like Form name, Effective date, Document number, Revised number and purchase information lists.
Indent - It includes Indent number, date, number of indenter, department, description on item, specification, quantity, Total Expenses, provision made in budget, Balance Budget available, Additional Inputs if any, Justification (For selection of vendors).
Purchase Order - It includes all detail information of purchase order like PO date, Indent number, supplier name, address, reference by, terms & condition, payment, delivery, warranty, item, quantity rate, inclusive tax, total amount, discount, total and purchase order form lists.
Material Receipt - It includes all detail information of material like date, PO number, number of supplier, description of item, quantity order, quantity received, delivery challan number, mode of delivery, invoice received, invoice date, number, quantity accepted, rejected, quality, reason rejected, material received, inspected, rec_remarks, rec_inspected, rec_signature, insp_signature, rec_date, insp_date. Material handover includes date, time, material details, total quantity, handed over to (name), Qty handed over , department, sub section, handed over by, taken over by, handed signature, taken signature, handed & taken date, balance quantity and Material receipt form lists.
Asset Register - It includes all details related to purchase asset like description, purchase date, ID/code, use/scrap, quantity, location and purchase asset form lists.
Master form - It is divided into three parts
Tax master - It includes tax details like tax name, tax amount, username.
Item master - It includes item name and rate.
Supplier - It includes detail information about supplier like name of supplier, date, address, telephone, fax no., email, website, item, supplier type, experience of supplying(no. of years), distance from our office, sales tax registration, quality certification available, infrastructure facilities, references, major customers, annual turnover(approx. rs), facilities for maintenance support, payment terms, any other information, evaluator comments, checked parameter, evaluated by name, approved by name, evaluated by destination, approved by destination, evaluated by sign, approved by sign, evaluated by date, approved by date and supplier information form lists.
AMC (Annual Maintenance Charge) - A manufacturer company provides the service through AMC by themselves or with the help of service providers. It includes Item name, vendor name, contact no., PO no., PO date, contract period from date, contract period to date and purchase AMC form lists.
Book register - It includes detail information about books like department name, number, name of the book, edition, soft/hard copy, soft copy path and book register form lists.

A resources department of an organization performs human resource planning overseeing various aspects of employment.

Manager

Trains workers in store policies, department procedures, and job duties.

Holiday Master - It includes holiday information like Date, holiday name, description and holiday form lists.

Team Leader
A team leader is someone who provides guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to a group of other individuals (the team) for the purpose of achieving a key result or group of aligned results.
The team leader reports to a manager.
The team leader monitors the quantitative and qualitative result that is to be achieved.
A "team leader" is also someone who has the capability to drive performance within a group of people.
